The problem's with the cable, which means it should be an inexpensive fix in terms of effort and money. The one caveat is, I'm pretty incompetent when it comes to hardware. We'll see how it goes. In the meantime, this blog post. I imagine I'll have edited it ten times over before I'm completely done with it, considering I've never done anything relating to blogging before. So exciting!
